Why is rvm install 2.1 and rvm use 2.1 still pointing to Ruby 2.1.5 but rvm install 2.1.6 does the job?

Did you update RVM? If so it's because RVM didn't release a new version with updated definitions yet.

it is harder than I thought because I am not familiar with Ruby. I know I need to do thing inside the file: model, controller and views.
