(2) is already the case. Israeli Arabs[1] have equal rights.

(3) is a somewhat odd request. Resolution 194 is obsolete. In fact, your (1) contradicts it (East Jerusalem is required by the Palestinians rather than having a separate international zone in Jerusalem.

Resolution 194 calls recognizes a Jewish state (that has already existed at the time) and a Palestinian-Arab state (that did not really exist at the time).

And indeed this resolution was rejected by all Arab and most Muslim countries at the time.

So it's kind of funny to cherry-pick this one article from it.

In my opinion, a literal Right of Return is quite close to the destruction of Israel. Indeed, in any serious negotiations, it was suggested that Israel may repatriate a small number of people (10,000-100,000), but the rest will get compensated.

This follows the letter of article 11, though may not follow the original intent (the original wording also includes the condition about those who want to live in peace, and thus it's clear that it was not an automatic return).

As for (1): Israel has already pulled out of Gaza. It is not occupying Gaza. Gaza is ruled by a Palestinian government. One that is considered illegitimate by another Palestinian government, but that is a matter for the Palestinians to resolve.

The Golan Heights are an issue between Israel and Syria[2]. Let's leave them out of this discussion.

So we're left with the West Bank. I agree that there is indeed occupation there. This is something that needs to be resolved. And this should be the focus. That said, Israel can't just drop everything and pull back out of there, because the risk of a second Gaza right at the heart of Israel is too large, And therefore some proper negotiations need to happen before that.
