There is a saying, "Freedom exists within the mind" so, if we believe we are free we tend to live as if we are and if we feel we are "imprisoned" then that is what life reflects back to us... personally, this has been an experiment that proves to operate according to the "inner belief"... and obviously relative to how much freedom someone allows themselves to have and express....

The last paragraph sums it up...i guess we need to start from the core going outwards to allow ourselves maximum freedom.

Yes, that seems to be the most effective, at least from personal experimentation and for this self...

One of the best analogies I came across was this: "It's like we are looking into the mirror and telling the image in the mirror to smile first so that we can be happy"
