For example, giggles108 promotes a targeted anti-islamic agenda between his "frankly truthful" memes and tried to hide unmasking of it.

By reposting this user you help him with Search Engine Optimization. He's been spotted spreading fakes on numerous occasions (mainly for the purpose of demonizing Islam, but not only). And his answer to the comments - irresponsibility, removal of comments and bans.
